Students entering Southville Foreign University’s School of Hospitality Management are enrolled in the EdExcel BTEC Higher National Diploma in Hospitality Management and the International College of Hotel Management Australia, Advanced Diploma in Hospitality Management program, therefore achieving a second or dual qualification.
This two-year diploma course + industry experience will prepare you with the necessary skills, knowledge and confidence for an exciting work experience and future career.
In the industry experience you will have the opportunity to further refine everything you have learned in your 1400hr industrial placement. This can be done locally or abroad.
All grading of the ICHM Advanced Diploma modules and Edexcel BTEC Higher National Diploma in Hospitality Management (Culinary Arts) is done through a system of faculty grading, Internal Verification and External Verification. This ensures academic standards meet Australian and UK university criteria.
