BBA in Human Resource Management
This course provides students with an understanding of the roles and functions of a Human Resource Manager within the key areas of a staffing, performance management, training and development, employee relations, compensation and reward systems. It will cover the necessary concepts, techniques and practices in managing human resources to ensure success in building a competent workforce and implementing an organization’s business initiatives. The subjects in this major field will explain the theories that have shaped HRM and will demonstrate how these theories could be applied in real life setting through role playing sessions and case studies. The course will expose the students to major functions in a business setting providing them management skills and business savvy which are needed in order to become a strategic partner in the organization.
