The International College of Hotel Management prepares students for the top end of the international hotel industry. Established in 1993 by the Swiss Hotel Association, ICHM has attracted students from over 75 countries.
ICHM students enjoy excellent career prospects with graduates obtaining highly sought after positions around the world. Industry placement, career planning and extensive industry links ensures ICHM graduates are well on their way. Major hotel groups recruit on-campus and contact ICHM to headhunt their graduates. The ICHM alumni network also helps graduates with opportunities.
By the time they graduate, students will have learnt a lot academically, practically and personally.

ICHM provides all the benefits of a larger college or university environment and atmosphere by sharing it’s campus with the Regency TAFE and Le Cordon Bleu schools. The Regency TAFE teaches a variety of courses (a bit like a polytechnic) through the Faculties of Engineering, Business, Technology and Humanities.
Their largest division is the International Centre for Hospitality, Leisure and Food Studies which covers hospitality operations, commercial cookery, patisserie, butchery, bakery, food technology, sport and recreation, and adventure and eco-tourism.

SWISS HOTEL ASSOCIATION (SHA)
Founded in 1882, the Swiss Hotel Association (SHA) has set the standards in hotel management and education for the rest of the world to follow. In 1992, the SHA played a major role, together with the South Australian Government, in the formation of the International College of Hotel Management (ICHM). ICHM is the only school outside of Europe able to offer the most famous of hotel qualifications – the Swiss Hotel Association Diploma of International Hotel Management. |
